If you don't know how to pray or think you don't know what to pray. Every section leads you in how to pray. You just need to talk to our heavenly father as you talk to anyone else. He knows the intent of our hearts. All scripture is taken from the King's James Bible. Easy to understand.

Then your exegesis on teadfast love as the foundation for God's covenant faithfulness (ch.2) is really rich.By ch.4, the way you are getting down to your theme... showing our body as both the temple & the instrument through which God uses us in spiritual warfare is especially encouraging.
